Tonight marks the beginning of a new era, as Pro Wrestling: Revolution officially takes over for the seven year dominant LAW on a weekly basis. What new rivalries will be sparked? What new personalities will shine? The time for talking is over, the time for action has begun. Relax with your favorite beverage and prepare yourself for a revolution roller coaster ride like you have never seen before!
When last seen live on global television, The Apocalypse looked like a war zone. The unconscious bodies of All-Stars were littered around the ring. The ring was destroyed itself, holes put through it by a sledgehammer. The most horrific sight of it all, was the raging inferno that was about to consume the ringside area. It was at that moment the signal was lost and only a snowy static was left in it's wake.
Now for the first time since that fateful evening, cameras have once more gone live to The Apocalypse. At first, there is only darkness and a silence that starts goosebumps appearing on one's skin. Then a lone light shines down on a surface, a oak stool and the figure sitting on that stool, The Owner. The Owner has a very sad look on his face and a tone in his voice to match it.

The Owner: “Good evening. Tonight we celebrate the grand birth of a revolution like you have never witnessed before. Tonight new stories, new rivalries and most importantly a new beginning will unfold in this very building. Before that though, I ask everyone to not forget the great sacrifice that has led us here. For if it was not for the death of LAW as we all remember it, Pro Wrestling Revolution could not have been born. That sacrifice will not be in vein, as the poison that lead me to do the only thing I could do, will not infect PW:R.”
The stands up off the stool, extends his left arm, while still holding the microphone close to his lips.
The Owner: “LAW was built on names like Scorpio, Campbell, Impact and yes, Kyona. However, men like Rob Taylor, Risk, Rick Sangetti and Python, saw fit to unleash their venomous ideals and went to any length to make them a reality. I take part of the blame, as I allowed it to continue despite knowing it would one day cost me dearly. So while I raked in the cash, LAW got sicker. My pockets got deeper, LAW inched closer to an inevitable timely death. I said it before, what I did had to be done. I created LAW and as it's creator, it was my right to kill it. Not Risk nor someone else..mine. God creates life, god takes away life. Anyone who takes away life is defying god. I am in a sense, LAW's god. Now I am PW:R's god and therefore, anyone who defies me with suffer the wraith from my hand.”
The Owner raised his left arm and in conjunction, the lights begin to brighten the arena. The Apocalypse showed no effects from what had happened mere weeks before. The ring was brand spanking new, yellow ropes with black turnbuckle pads. A black apron with the PW:R logo across two sides and Unleashed across the other two sides. The entrance was one giant video screen with two smaller ones slightly beneath the top most part of the bigger one and angled a bit to the side.
There was no stage or a ramp of any kind. Surrounding the ring, and going into the aisle way, were every contracted former LAW All-Star now PW:R Star. Behind the owner, were three glass cases on podiums. Inside each case was a beautiful championship belt, PWR World Championship, PWR World Tag Team Championship and PWR Evolution Championship.
The Owner: “With the fair warning out of the way, let me draw the line in the sand so everyone understands how things will be different. For instance, I look around the ringside area and I see DaWildChild. You sir defending LAW honorably and all things being equal, have made tonight even possible. You are LAW's World Heavyweight Champion and FUW's World Heavyweight Champion. However, what you are not is PWR World Heavyweight Champion. You may every well end up one some day. Right now, you are not. So since you are not, I could care less if you are LAW's or FUW's World Champion. You could be the champion of the known universe and I would look you straight in the eye, tell you I don't care. This is not LAW or FUW. You have not won nor lost inside a PWR ring. All you did before was prepare yourself for what you will face in PW:R”
The Owner looks around the ring and sets his eyes on one Red Hot Rob Taylor.
The Owner: Mr Taylor, how great of you to join us on this monumental evening. I hope things are going well over in TWN, I hope Jack is doing well. I imagine you are just salivating at the chance to add another promotion's championship to your list of accomplishments. I believe it's what six world championships from different promotions. Well let me tell you how it is around here. I am not impressed. These fans are not impressed. Hell, your so rich, you could give them a million dollars and they still would not be impressed. Until you step foot into this ring and prove yourself all over again, all you are is one of many pretenders to the great throne here in PWR.”
The Owner then walked behind the glass cases.
The Owner: “What you see here is some of the finest craftsmanship ever done to create a championship belt. This is impressive work and the person or persons that will end up holding these belts will also need to be impressive. That is why..this will be the last time you will see any of these title belts for immediate future.”
A collective gasp from the crowd, does not go unnoticed by The Owner.
The Owner: “People, please. This is all for your entertainment. Do you really want a champion that is crowned in such a rush manner? I mean, that could only lead to..Kyle Travis becoming World Champion and we can't have that!”
The crowd loved the joke, Travis..not so much.
The Owner: “In all seriousness, I have a plan. A plan the will reward those who earn things with these belts. For starters, tonight there is an open invite tag team match. The winner will be allowed to qualify for a random seed for a future system of matches to crown PWR World Tag Team Champions. Well, I can announce one of the teams that will be involved. Johnny Rampage and his wife, Missy. Now the next two will be decided with the winners of the Final Gladiator/DaWildChild match and the Cro Detrin/Diablo match, teaming up. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Starting next week, I will pick one match at random that match will be for a to be determine seed for a future system of matches to crown a PWR Evolution Champion. While this match may or may not be pre announced as being held under Evolution division rules, it will end up as so.”
The Owner stepped back around the podiums and stood next to the oak wood stool.
The Owner: “One final thing. I have taken measures to ensure PW:R does not suffer the ill effects LAW did. The biggest and most important measure is the creation of a group that will hold every PWR Star to the highest of standards and morals. Where there is injustice, they will be seen making things just. If you have any aspirations of cheating, playing dirty in any fashion or simply think you can conduct yourself in any manner, think again. For you do not want to be paid a visit from a member of this group. If I can have everyone's attention, take a look on the video screen.
On the screen, were five figures shrouded in mysterious dark hoods with a tribal W symbol.
The Owner: “These five individuals are to be known, saluted by good, feared by evil, as The Watchmen. Remember, they see all, they hear all, they smell all and most off all, they know all!”The Owner placed the mic on the stool and proceeded to exit the ring. Halfway up the aisle way he turned around to take the scene all in. A smile formed on his face, as he turned back around and walked through a black curtain.
One by one, PWR stars made their way to the backstage area themselves. Each with the knowledge they'd once again have to prove themselves. Something most of them had done, or so they thought, years ago.
A familiar voice the made an announcement. The view showed ring announcer, Beth Newsport, standing just outside the ring.
Beth Newsport: “Ladies and gentlemen. It is now time to kick of the broadcast with the first PWR match. Please welcome to the broadcast booth, the voices of PWR, Lucious Saddler and former heavyweight champion of the world, Sledgehammer!”
Beth made her way into the ring, as Sadler and Sledgehammer stood up from their respective chairs to wave to the crowd.
Lucious Sadler: “Thank you Beth for the introduction and a big thank you to all the rabid pro wrestling fans who have turned on this historic broadcast. Sledge, we just heard from my boss and yours, your take on what he stated.”
Sledgehammer: “He obviously is a man of great conviction. He set out on a course of action and whether you agree with it or not, it was his call to make. Personally, as part of the group that threatened to destroy LAW, I would have liked a meeting with the man. However, that is all in the past. If what he promises ends up becoming reality, then The Uprising's objective was met. If not,
The Uprising will rise again.”
Lucious Sadler: “Well tonight is all about new beginnings and we are about to see one of those beginnings. In what I am sure will be a major selling point of PWR, the new Evolution division is gonna kick off the broadcast.”
DING... DING... DING...

Beth Newsport: “The following bout will be contested under Evolution Division rules.”
Techno style music played over the sound system, as Ric E Lectric entered the immediate arena bowl.
Beth Newport: “Introducing first, making his way to the ring from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He weighted at two hundred thirty pounds. The Answer, Ric E Lectric!”
As Lectric made his way down the aisle, pyro exploded him behind. The fans cheered the pryo, but booed the reason for the pyro. Some informed Lectric he sucked, others informed his he'd lose. Lost in the chorus were a few pro Lectric chants. Everyone has a fan, folks.
Lucious Sadler: “Well here come a former LAW Marked Man Champion and a member of FUW, Ric E Lectric. Many critics have suggested Ric is well past his prime, while others think he is just one victory away from making an impact. Now you have some history with Lectric, Sledge. Who is right and who is wrong?”
Sledgehammer: “Well you could say both statements are right and both are wrong at the same time. Ric is getting up there in age and we all know this a young man's game. Still, a veteran who has been to the dance and that can still bring it in the ring, is always one victory away from making an impact. Having been an opponent of Ric's in the past, I can attest to his abilities. This FUW silliness I feel is a major distraction for him, though. Distractions are a hazard and one a truly focused competitor can block out. I am just do not know if he is that type of competitor.”
Lectric had made his way into the ring, when the unmistakable sound of Ocean Colour Scene brought out the Red Hot Rob Taylor.
Beth Newsport: “His opponent hails from Kettering, England. He weighted in at two hundred forty pounds. He is a half of fame member of LAW, a multi time champion. Red Hot..Rob Taylor!”
Coming down the aisle, Taylor made sure to slap everyone's hand.
Lucious Sadler: “Well here is another competitor that critics say might just be nearing past his prime status. There is no doubting Taylor's past accomplishments, but PWR is not about the past..it's about the future.”
Sledgehammer: “Right and here is the thing people need to know about Rob Taylor. He is self centered. He is arrogant. Hell, he's a pompous asshole who people love to hate. That said, he gets the job done in that ring. He's been a champion in every company that has employed him. Not just a secondary title or tag team title either, though he has had those as well. OWO? World Champion. ECWC, World Champion. LAW, World Champion. Can he repeat that feat here in PWR? Perhaps, and one last thing people might want to consider. These Evolution division rules, benefit Taylor perhaps more so than Lectric. Some of these rules were obviously inspired by the British system of Pro Wrestling. Taylor knows first hand how to compete under these rules. Has it been some time since doing so? Sure. But like riding a bike, you never forget.”
Lucious Sadler: “Now for those that are not familiar with Evolution Rules, here are some of the rules that must be followed.
- This division is unlike the World Championship division, as there are special rules put into place.
All non title matches in this division have a rope break rule, which is three. In title matches, the champion gets an advantage by having seven rope breaks. Once all rope breaks have been used up, a hold can't be broken by entering the ropes in any fashion.
- IF at anytime a wrestler refuses to break on the count of five, they will automatically have their entire breaks depleted immediately. Meaning, if they still have three and have their opponent in a figure four, the opponent reaches the ropes and the aggressor keeps the hold on despite a five count, they lose their rope breaks. Also, in that situation, the one who was in the figure four will not lose their rope break.
- If this happens in a title match, a dq will automatically happen and the champion will lose the title . The Evolution Championship is the only championship in PW:R that allows a title to change hands on a dq in every title match.
- If an opponent is knocked to the outside or knocked down in the ring, they have a ten count to get back to their feet or into the ring if they are outside. If they do not make the ten count, the match ends.
- If a title match is occurring and the champion is the one knocked down or out of the ring, and does not make the ten count, the match ends the title will change hands. The Evolution Championship is the only title in PW:R that can change hands on a knockout, in or out of the ring.
- The championship can change hands on a pinfall, tap out, knock out or disqualification. The knock out is the only way the title can change hands if the champion is outside of the ring. IF the champion intentionally keeps himself out of the ring for the duration of the ten count this will be seen as a forfeit and therefore, the title will changes hands.
- In a standard Evolution Division match, a dq victory happens after three public warnings. If the it is a title match, as stated previously, the title will change hands. Reasons for a public warning could be closed fists, disobeying a direct order, pushing or shoving the official, using the ropes to ones advantage, eye poking, low blow, intentionally throwing someone over the top rope to the floor to cause harm and anything else, at the discretion of the official.
- Usage of an illegal weapon will automatically result in a disqualification and should the dq go against a champion defending the title, the title will change hands.
Lucious Sadler: “As you can see, it will take a new set of strategies to compete in this division. As Sledgehammer just stated, Taylor is more familiar with this style. That does not not automatically mean he is the odds on favorite in this contest. We all know, on any given night, anything and everything can happen.”
Both men were now ready to compete and Referee Jose Cuervo had just finished up going for the final instructions. He sent both men to their respective corners, paused and then motioned to Beth to ring the bell.
DING... DING... DING!
Lucious Sadler: “Ok, this bout is now officially underway. Before things get too interesting, let me remind fans that PW:R returns to the airwaves in two weeks. However, Unleashed moves to it's permanent time of Thursdays starting at eight o clock eastern time. You can find more information on the Evolution Division, our upcoming tour and much more at the online home of Pro Wrestling: Revolution. I don't know about you, Sledge, I am looking forward to to visiting some of they cites on the upcoming tour.”
Sledgehammer: “It's always great to go on the road and bring the excitement to fans worldwide. Be it LAW in the past or now with PW:R. There is nothing like seeing an event live.”
Taylor and Lectric walked out of their corners and met up in the middle. They exchanged a few words and then locked up. It was back and forth between who would gain the advantage. Both's muscles were clearly visible getting a work.
Lucious Sadler: “Neither competitor here would be described as powerfully strong. There is a slight height advantage I think for Taylor, but Lectric has been around the block a few times.”
Sledgehammer: “So in other words, you are saying they are pretty equal and things could go either way?
Lucious Sadler: “More or less.”
Lectric came dangerously close to being backed up towards the ropes, which would have caused his first rope break. Lectric managed to clamp down and keep himself from touching the ropes. Taylor twisted himself and managed to use his hip to toss Lectric to the mat. Lectric got up to his feet quickly and Rob grabbed him in an underhook, dragging him back to the mat and locking the arm up.
Lucious Sadler: “Lectric avoided a rope break there, but Taylor uses basic wrestling 101 to put Lectric on the canvas. Now with an armbar submission, Taylor is trying to set a pace he can control.”
Sledgehammer: “Well that is what a good ring general will do. Set their own pace and force the opponent to wrestle certain styles. What Rob is doing here is what a lot of younger guys scoff at doing. Use moves and holds that might not be flashy, but get the job done.”
While putting his right knee against the shoulder, Rob applied pressure. Lectric kipped up suddenly and reversed the hold. Rob was now the victim of a standing arm bar. Rob tried for a knee to the stomach, but Lectric blocked it with his own leg. Ric twists the arm behind Rob, applying a half chicken wing. Rob reversed it and Ric dropped to one knee, snapmaring Rob to the mat. Ric goes for a chin lock, but Rob escapes. Both men get to their feet at the same time.
Lucious Sadler: “A great series of reversals there. Both men know their wrestling which should right there.”
Sledgehammer: “In many ways, Lucious, Taylor and Lectric are similar in their styles. Which, as we just saw, makes it easier to anticipate what your opponent will do. I think the key to this match will be whoever can come up with something different, thought their opponent off enough to get on a good series of moves.”
The two men locked up once more, this time Lectric is backing Rob up near the ropes.
Lucious Sadler: “A few more feet and Taylor is gonna lose his first rope break.”
Inching closer and closer, Taylor tries to clamp down move no further. Then Rob manages to switch positions and in fact pushes Lectric the rest of the way to the ropes.
Rope Breaks: RHRT: 3; REL: 2
Sledgehammer: “It was only a matter of time before we saw the first rope break. It looked like it would be Taylor, but he managed to switch positioning and now Lectric is down to only two rope breaks.”
Lucious Sadler: “I think what many of the PW:R stars will find is just how difficult this division is gonna be. I think it will be almost impossible to go through a match without at least losing one rope break. Possibly it might average out to two rope breaks lost a match.”
Sledgehammer: “The only thing that you can do in this type of match is know where you are all times. In the past if I was in a submission hold, I would try to get out of it before it became too much for me to deal with. If was near the ropes, instinct will have you touch the ropes. What I think we will find is many purposely applying submissions holds early forcing the victim to either touch the ropes or take the pain. Men like Diablo or Eric NeCross might have high thresholds of pain, some are not that lucky.”
Lucious Sadler: “Well you do bring up a good point there. Purposely forcing the rope breaks to be lost early will come to benefit you later in the match. You can apply the hold and not worry about it being broken. There is some debate about fighting near the ropes and being forced against it without having much of say. For now, if a hold is being done like we just saw, it will cause a rope break.”
Sledgehammer: “And if it is not broken, you face losing rope breaks as well.”
Taylor indeed broke the hold and took a few steps back. Lectric used the opening to open palm strike Taylor in the mid section. Lectric hit a series of uppercuts, european style and then applied a sleeper hold before dropping downward with a modified neckbreaker. Lectric went for the quick cover, but Taylor was no where near close to be pinnable.
Lectric brought Taylor up and shot him towards the ropes. Taylor ran back and got a low kick to the mid section again. Lectric headed to the ropes and came running back. Lifting his leg up, he knee lifted Taylor. Taylor grabbed hold of Lectric's leg and dragon screw leg whipped Lectric to the ground. Still holding the leg, Taylor started to twist it like a pretzel and hook a figure for. Lectric used his free to leg to push Taylor off him and to the ropes. Lectric just got his feet when Taylor twirled around and connected with kicked to the back of Lectric's head. Lectric fell to the canvas and did not move.
Sledgehammer: “That can really jar one's senses and it looks like it may have knocked Lectric out. Taylor has a huge opportunity here and could just secure the victory if he wants it.”
Taylor dropped to his knees and rolled Lectric on to his back. He covered him, hooked a leg and sensed victory was at hand. Only Lectric was not as helpless and managed to kick straight out of the hold at the near three count was made. Taylor looked like he wanted to desperately question the count, but either knew better or knew deep down it was not the referees fault.
Lucious Sadler: “Close count there, I think it could have gone either way. Taylor looked to have thought so too.”
Sledgehammer: “He executed the move right, but it seems Lectric has a harder head then we believe. Still, Lectric is not out of the woods. Taylor can easily still put The Answer away if does the next few things just right.”
Taylor pulled Lectric to his feet, scooped him up in the air and slammed him to the mat. Taylor started walked to corner and exited the ring. He made the ascent quickly and balanced himself just right.
Sledgehammer: “We could be a second away from The Heatseaker.”
Taylor lifted off and twisted his body backwards. After a full rotation he came downward, but Lectric got both knees up and Taylor slammed stomach first across them. Taylor rolled off and immediately threw up his pre match dinner as result of the forceful blow.
Lucious Sadler: “Oh that was not good. Taylor must have came down pretty hard, as I have never seen someone throw up after such a move.”
Sledgehammer: “First time for anything. Hate to be the cleaning crew, that was disgusting.”
Lectric struggled to his feet, having to his the ropes near up to pull himself up. Clearing his head, he walked over and laid some kicks to the mid section. Lifting Rob up, Ric shoots him across the ring. Rob lands in the opposite corner, as REL comes rushing in. Ric drives his left shoulder in against the mid section. Rob drops to his knees and again something comes out of his mouth. Only this time, it's red and is immediately a cause for concern for Referee Cuervo.
Lucious Sadler: “This does not looked to be good, Sledge. Rob may have ruptured an internal organ and right now, his health is important.”
Ric pushes the Cuervo aside and grabs Taylor. Lifting him up, he proceed to drop Taylor with a gut buster.
Sledgehammer: “Cuervo needs to instruct Lectric to step aside. Rob can't take any more of this or else dire consequences could be the result.”
Cuervo does just that, but Lectric ignored every word. He repeatedly kept dropping knees and elbows on the mid section. Cuervo then physically drags Lectric back. Lectric then grabs Cuervo and throws him out of the ring.
Lucious Sadler: “Well, I think the result of this match has been determined. If he does not get disqualified for his actions. Lectric will be a lucky man.”
Lectric continues the onslaught, as more blood begins to trickle out of Rob's mouth. Lectric then heads to the top rope and jumped off, landing an elbow on the mid section. Lectric makes a cover, but Cuervo instead of getting back in the ring and making the count, orders the bell to be rung. He then rolls in and motions for help. Lectric turns around, disgusted at the result and sucker punches the referee for his trouble.
Lucious Sadler: “What the hell has gotten into Ric E Lectric tonight? I have never seen him act so vicious before.”
Sledgehammer: “The competitive drive is a mysterious thing. He can make one fight against the odds or snap in the heat of the moment.”
Lucious Sadler: “Whatever the case, the official word has come in. Red Hot Rob Taylor wins the match via disqualification. Still, Lectric is not letting up. If help is on the way, it needs to get here soon.”
At that precise moment, the entire referee crew heads out to the ring, followed by an EMT crew. The referees grabed Lectric and pull him outside the ring. Allowing the EMTs to check on Taylor. Lectric has a look of a crazed man, as he is forced away from the scene of his most unexpected and vicious attack.
Lucious Sadler: “Thank god, I don't think Taylor could have endured any more of that punishment and as it is, he could have severe internal hemorrhaging as a result of the Heatseaker block alone. We will allow our medical team to check on Taylor and get him out of the ring. At this time, our broadcast colleague Ted DeBarr is standing by back stage with a very special guest.”

A scene opened backstage where Ted DeBarr was standing with DaWildChild.
Ted DeBarr: “The events we just witnessed aside, I am standing by with the perhaps the most hunted man in professional wrestling today. His the current LAW World Heavyweight Champion and FUW World Champion. Tonight, DaWildChild, neither title is on the line. But you have a huge task in front of you with Final Gladiator as your opponent.”
DaWildChild: “That was quite a mouthful there, DeBarr. But you are right, I am the most hunted man in pro wrestling today. But now the playing field not only changed but got a whole lot larger. Not only do I have to worry about those fruit booties here in PW:R. I hear they are lining up over in TWN as well. They all want a shot at the biggest prize in all of pro wrestling. LAW's World heavyweight Championship. If you think that would be enough, think again. I also have a bunch of rebels and misfits from FUW also on my ass, trying to take away that title. Anyone else, probably would buckle under all the pressure. I am not anyone else. I am the innovator of red rum. I am proud to be a dual world champion and I say, come all, come now. I will kick each of your pansy asses and enjoy every last second of it.”
Ted DeBarr: “And Final Gladiator?”
DaWildChild: “Oh yeah, he and I have been going around the past two weeks. He thinks that he is the rightful heir or something. Well let me tell ya something, Gladdy. Tonight, you may walk in the beast of brutality, but you are gonna walk out knowing you were just beat by the king of violence himself. Make no mistake about, sucka. I have a score to settle with you. No punk ass old far like you is gonna kick my down, destroy the company I am proud to be champion of and then just think it's gonna go back to the status quo. Hell no, I am gonna teach him a lesson that will be felt by his children, his children's children and every generation after that for the next million years. Gladiator, tonight..I become the beast of your brutality and there is nothing that you can do about it!”
DaWildChild walked off, all psyched up as all DeBarr could do was give him a very wide berth. Back at ringside, Taylor was loaded on to a back board and placed on a stretcher.
Lucious Sadler: “Well those were some fighting words from the only champion PW:R recognizes. However, it will be sometime before you see DaWildChild defend LAW's World Championship. I also understand, FUW is going through some reorganizing and come next week, we shall find out when their number one contender will go for that title. We still do not know how Taylor is, but as you can see our medical team will be taking him out on stretcher.”
Sledgehammer: “They'll do some minor tests here before sending him of to facility with more extensive abilities I am sure.”
Lucious Sadler: “Soon as any update comes across our headsets, rest assured we'll pass it along. Right now, the action continues. Cro Detrin will be taking on Diablo next!”
Sledgehammer: “First, PW:R Unleashed is sponsored by Mountain Dew: Revolution. One of three new Mountain Dew flavors created by Dew Drinkers world wide. Only one flavor will remain..Which will it be? Try all three and have your say online. Visit DEWMocracy.com for more info.
Lucious Sadler: “and Bawls Energy Drink. Do you have the bawls?

Sledgehammer: “And finally, Miller High Life. Are you living the high life?”

Lucious Sadler: “For thirteen dollars, I will be a macodamia nut. Ha, I love those commercials.”
DING... DING... DING...

Beth Newsport: “The following bout is set for one fall. Soon to be making his way to the ring. He hails from Boston, Massachusetts and weights in at two hundred seventy pounds..The Demon..Diablo!”
A wall of flames stretching from one side of the area to the next erupted. Many fans near it could feel the scorching heat from it. Making Diablo’s appearance and walking through it all the more impressive. He stood, halfway down the aisle, grinning from ear to ear.
Lucious Sadler: “Diablo is one thing fear itself is afraid of.”
Sledgehammer: “Take the worst murder in human history, add a touch of Satan himself and teach him some wrestling skill. What do you get? Diablo. The guy is pure evil, nothing seems to harm him and conscious? He not only wasn't there to get one, he was out ripping some more victim's head off.”
Diablo walked up the ring steps, turned and started to peer menacingly into the crowd. The shear terror he left in his wake could be seen due to the kids near by crying their eyes out in fear. This seemed amusing to The Demon. Belly moving in a jovial way, like a demonic Santa Claus at Christmas time. Diablo entered the ring and stood where he entered. Folding his arms and closing his eyes. Perhaps focusing on his opponent tonight, perhaps reliving some past memory.
Beth Newsport: “His opponent hails from Nice, France. He weighted in at two hundred fifty pounds. “The Professional” Cro Detrin!”
A classical masterpiece of French nature played, as Cro Detrin made his entrance.
Lucious Sadler: “We have quite the interesting dynamic in this bout. You have Diablo, who I am sure has never heard a cheer directed at him in his career. While the same might be said of Cro Detrin. In fact, looking at this assembly of fans, they have a look of confusion.”
Sledgehammer: “It's a common practice to pit good against evil. However, the competition is so great here in PW:R, good will face good and evil will fight evil. Competition knows no boundaries.”
Cro, dressed in a fine looking suit, starts to neatly and calmly take his suit jacket off. Placing it on the ring steps, he then starts unbuttoning his white dress shirt. After loosing all buttons, he takes that off and places that over the suit. He climbed up on the ring, entered and immediately went nose to nose with his opponent.
Match #2:
Cro Detrin Vs Diablo
Referee: Jack Daniels
Lucious Sadler: “Cro Detrin shows no fear of what Diablo represents. Going toe to toe with the man. He is either nuts or truly does not care that Diablo can rip him apart.”
Sledgehammer: “Diablo is not someone to underestimate. Those that do, usually find themselves unable to walk for days if at all.”
Cro took the first shot, slamming a right cross against Diablo's jaw. Diablo didn't even try to dodge or block the blow. He didn't flinch in the slightest. He did respond with a left cross against Co's right cheek bone. The blow staggered Cro, allowing Diablo to fire off a rapid succession of right and left hands that welted Cro's mid section. Diablo grabbed Cro forcefully by the left arm and sent him across the ring. Diablo dropped his head, allowing Cro to connect with a double axe handle smash across Diablo's large back.
Cro hit some jumping knee strikes and then brought Diablo to a corner. He sent Diablo's head down against the top turnbuckle pad, but Diablo blocked the attempt. Send a series of right elbows in to the mid section, he smashed Cro's face against the top turnbuckle. He propped him against the corner and wrapped each leg over the ropes.
Lucious Sadler: “He has him in a modified tree of woe and for better or worse, I think he is gonna go for a move he calls The Nutcracker Suite.”
Diablo backed up a bit and then charged forward. He proceeded to kick the second turnbuckle pad, which caused Cro quite a bit of discomfort in the nether regions.”
Sledgehammer: “I find that move to be personally offensive and wish it to be deemed illegal. Don't you agree, Lucious?”
Lucious Sadler: “Can't say I derived any pleasure from witnessing it and god knows, I can imagine what Cro is feeling right now.”
Diablo unhooked Cro from the corner and watched him fall to his knees. Diablo walked behind Cro and clamped down Cro's left shoulder with a vice like grip.
Sledgehammer: “This particular hold can cause the nerves in the shoulder to dull and in some cases, it has pinched the nerve. The most immediate effects is pain and then a dulled sensation the arm. The longer it is applied, the longer it can take to regain feeling.”
Lucious Sadler: “We are again seeing someone force their opponent to compete in a certain style. Diablo likes to methodically execute each and every one of his moves. Great thought and details goes into each one. Which I believe makes him all that more dangerous in the ring.”
Daniels is right there to make sure Cro is still wanting to compete. Cro acknowledges the request and responded by spitting in Daniels face. Cro closed his eyes and began to stand utterly still. His breathing became steady. It was like Cro was deeply meditating, relaxing himself.
Lucious Sadler: “Interesting tactic by Cro Detrin.”
Sledgehammer: “It's actually quite ingenious. He is using the ancient art of meditation to drive the pain away from his mind. I am quite impressed by this use of that art. Though I must warn anyone thinking about using this to help with every day aches and pains. Mediation is a life long endeavor. You just don't decide to do it one day and expect instant results. It can take years, if not a lifetime to master it fully.”
Slowly, Cro began to lift himself off his knees. An unusual look of concern over took Diablo for a moment. He tried to bear down on the hold more, but Cro just seemed oblivious to the pain Diablo was causing. Cro twisted his body and slammed elbow after elbow into Diablo. The blows were of no concern to Diablo, pain wise either. Cro kept it up until one blow managed to jar himself free from Diablo.
Cro opened up his eyes and just barely moved his head away from a fast approaching right cross. Cro lifted his right leg and sent in with lightning quick speed. It made contact with Diablo's kidneys and Diablo flinched. Cro spun around on and connected with his heel, Diablo staggered back towards the ropes. Cro grabbed him and whipped him across the ring. Cro, himself, used the ropes to aid his forward momentum. Diablo came running back and Cro dropped the big man with a bicycle kick. Cro made the cover and Daniels made the count.
Lucious Sadler: “This could do it..One..Two..Oh near fall, but Diablo got his right shoulder up just as the hand was coming down for three. What an impressive comeback for The Professional so far.”
Cro got to his feet and Diablo came up seconds later. Cro got into a fighting stance very similar to Neo in The Matrix. Diablo tried uncork a flurry of blows, but Cro blocked each and every blow. Cro went low and swept Diablo off his balance. Then thrust a double open palm strike that forced Diablo on to his back. Cro pounced on Diablo, hammering him with downward strikes. Diablo pushed Cro off him and tried to get to his feet. Cro planted both of his feet against Diablo's face and Diablo flew a few inches across the ring.
Cro walked over and reached down to grab Diablo. Diablo grabbed him instead, wrapping his right hand around Cro's throat. Cro slammed the back of his right forearm against Diablo's skull, jarring himself loose. Cro tried to lift him onto his shoulders, but Diablo hammered him in response. Diablo tried to do the same, but Cro slid of and executed a crucifix pin for a brief count. Diablo got to his feet, while still being clung to by Cro. Diablo aimed a Diablo Driver, but Cro flipped out of it. He turned around and Diablo struck him the mid section with a kick. Diablo pulled him forward and lifted him with gut wrench. He charged around the ring and started to release Cro. Cro again slipped out. Diablo turned and Cro flipped forward, connecting with a wheel kick. Cro made the cover, but Diablo again refused to go down.
Sledgehammer: “Cro is finding out what many others have learned. The fight in Diablo is stronger than the fight might be in anyone else.”
Cro started to apply a Cro and Arrow, but was informed Diablo was in the ropes. Cro dragged Diablo the center and started to apply the hold again, but the bell rang.
Sledgehammer: “I think time has expired in this bout, Lucious. Bad timing, as I think Cro was about to try for the submission victory. Though, he'd need a lot more time to force a submission victory out of someone like Diablo.”
Lucious Sadler: “Well lets find out what the official verdict is.”
Beth Newsport: “The time alloted for this match has expired. Therefore the official result is a draw.”
Cro was understandably upset, showing his frustration by kicking the bottom rope and then storming out of the ring. Diablo got to his feet and there was just something different about him. While menacingly at those staring at him, he also seemed unnerved. Like maybe he knew Cro had him beat or something. Diablo exited the ring soon after and did not even bother to scare any of the fans on the way out.
Match Outcome: Cro Detrin and Diablo fight to a time limit draw. 15:00 mark.

Doc Feelgood was fairly certain Red Hot Rob Taylor would be just fine. However, to be sure, he ordered Taylor to be immediately taken to a medical facility more equipped to handle the tests need to confirm the initial diagnosis. He'd just gotten word that the ambulance had arrived to the arena and was helping Rob on to the stretcher, when The Owner arrived into the room.
The Owner: “Well Feelgood, what's his status?”
Doc Feelgood: “He took a sharp blow that caused a slight burst of some blood vessels. The blood entered the esophagus and came up along with his dinner. Further blows caused more blood to be spewed. I am certain that with rest these vessels will repair themselves, but have ordered more extensive tests to be sure. What the hell was Lectric thinking out there?”
The Owner: “That's what I am gonna find out in a few moments. Wanted to check in with Taylor first, see how he was doing?”
Gingerly, Rob propped himself up.
RHRT: “You heard him, I will be fine. Lectric won't be when I am done with him. I demand a rematch with him next show!”
The Owner: “I am inclined to agree on the condition you won't be putting yourself in harm. Plus, no funny business either.”
RHRT: “The guy snapped, tried to take me out..there is no way I am gonna let him get away with this!”
The Owner: “Nor should you. We do have rules here and I expect them to be followed. There has been enough disregard for procedures and I am not gonna let that continue in PW:R. Now, I am gonna speak with Mr Lectric about this incident and inform him of the rematch upon you being medically cleared. I suggest you do everything the fine doctors say and if that means rest, you rest.”
RHRT: “Fine, but you give Lectric a message for me. You tell him, he picked the wrong person to start a war with.”
The Owner nodded and Feelgood wheeled Taylor out of the room. The Owner then made a short walk to his office, where as expected, Lectric was waiting for him. The Owner calmly sat down in his chair and gave Lectric a stern look.
The Owner: “Give me one good damn reason not to suspend your ass for that conduct earlier tonight?”
Ric E Lectric: “You need me, a suspension would be..unwise.”
The Owner: “You are damn right I need you. You and everyone else. So you can imagine how pissed off I am right now. What the hell were you thinking out there?”
Ric E Lectric: “Well, ask your stupid referee. He kept getting in my way.”
The Owner: “He was doing his job! Taylor was hurt, it is his duty to make sure any potentially injured competitor is checked out before continuing. You did not let him do that and in fact, from what I saw, it looked like you were intentionally trying to put Taylor out of action.”
REL: “I was only doing what I felt was needed to win the match. Cuervo got in my way, so I took him out of my way. Fine me for that, suspend me even. I will do whatever I can do win out there...at any cost.”
The Owner: “Is that so. Well, for your actions, I am indeed docking you one week's pay. Also, Taylor has requested a rematch. I have agreed. In two weeks, assuming he is cleared to do so, he gets that rematch. This time, I better not see anything remotely close to striking an official. If I do, the full wraith of this company will be felt upon you. I warned everyone that The Watchmen would take care of business. I do not think you want to be their message to the rest of the company.”
REL: “Fine, I have no problem facing Taylor in two weeks or the week after that. Anytime, any place. There is something I wanted to discuss with you.”
The Owner: “You are in no place to request any discussions with me right now mister.”
REL: “Be that as it may be, I think this is something you will want to hear anyway.”
The Owner: “Really. Well then out with it, I have not all night.”
REL: “Yes, but I think privacy is in order. Lose the all seeing eye and I will be happy to share this with you. I think you will agree afterwards, privacy was indeed a proper course.”
The Owner thought about the request and then motioned with his hands. Jackson, the cameraman filming the exchange left the room. The last thing heard before the camera went dark was something about a contract.
************

Lucious Sadler was now inside the ring.
Lucious Sadler: “Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome..RISK!”
The Hand That Feeds by Nine Inch Nails echoed, as spotlights began to search the sea of humanity for the enigma known as Risk. Then he appeared, moving quickly throw the crowd. Soon jumping the security walls and sliding into the ring. He raised his right arm up as a signal to the crowd.
Lucious Sadler: “Risk, welcome to The Apocalypse. Last time we saw you it was under some very controversial circumstances. I understand that you have a message for in response to that?”
Risk nodded and opened his mouth to speak. Only an ear piercing noise interrupted him. Four shadowy figures appeared on the stage. Each dressed in heavy trench coats and wearing similar masks over their faces. Then on the big video screen, The Owner appeared from his office. Only it seemed odd, since The Owner had just threw out Jackson, the cameraman. It soon became apparent the footage was prerecorded.
The Owner: “Hello, Risk. If you are seeing this it means one of two things. I am either unavailable due to my busy schedule or there is a clear and present danger to my well being. I knew sooner or later you'd show up. So I recorded this in advance to be played upon your arrival. You are no doubt wondering whom the four individuals are. These are The Watchmen and if you paid attention closely, you know why they are here. You see, you are no longer welcomed in my company. Your ideas may have merit, but your methods are unacceptable. See through out history men like you have been labeled as fanatics. You seek violence to present your message. Your attempted destruction of LAW not withstanding, I just can't allow you to do the same here. So I give you a choice. Renounce your great cause and once again take your place among your fellow wrestlers. Do nothing and The Watchmen have informed me they will take care of you once and for all. You have thirty seconds to comply.”
The Owner faded from the screen and The Watchmen began to approach the ring. Sadler quickly made his exit as Risk took of his own trench coat. The decision seemed clear, Risk was laying down the gauntlet. The Watchmen surrounded the ring and began to climb up on the apron, when someone else entered the ring. Kyle Travis flew right by them both. He tackled Risk to the ground, as The Watchmen stood back and watched. Travis hammered his fists into Risk's skull, Risk tried to push him off, but Travis was relentless in his attack. He only got off him, to start kicking him in the kidneys
Sledgehammer: “Kyle Travis has no business out here! Once more he takes advantage of a situation to meet his own needs.”
Lucious Sadler: “What's more obvious is, Risk has no one to help him. Ruby Redd is not here tonight and Rampage was instructed to stay where he was. You can't leave or else face severe penalties from The Owner. Risk is an island to himself and Travis is trying to flood it!”
Travis rolled Risk on to his stomach and applied a pridebreaker. Risk was completely helpless and at Travis's mercy. Travis held on to the hold for what seemed like ages, well passed the point when Risk passed out. Travis must have been finally satisfied with his attack, as he finally let go. He stood on his feet and looked down at what he just accomplished with total satisfaction across his face.
Hour one of Unleashed came to an shocking conclusion, what would hour two behold?
Hour 2 Begins
Lucious Sadler: “Welcome to hour two of Unleashed. We've had quite the interesting evening so far, would you agree, Sledgehammer?”
Sledgehammer: “Interesting is an understatement. The best is yet to come I feel.”
Ambit is shown making his way out of the dressing room area. By his side, the lovely Erica Rose. Back at ringside, Kyle Travis has been allowed to stay, while Risk was taken back for medical evalution.
Lucious Sadler: “We are gonna see another Evolution Division bout. This time pitting Ambit against your favorite wrestler, Kyle Travis.”
Sledgehammer: “Very funny, Sadler. Travis should have been removed from the building due to his actions moments ago. It seems though, when you are out of favor with management, certain rights are turned a blind eye to. I am not worried though, karma is a wonderful thing in this universe. One day, it will see Travis on the wrong end of it.”
An alternative rock style song played, as Ambit entered the arena. Erica clung to Ambit's arm as they walked on down to the ring.
DING.. DING... DING!

Match #3: Evolution Division Bout
Ambit w/Erica Rose Vs “The Canadian Legend” Kyle Travis
Referee: Chris Solace
Beth Newsport: “The following bout is scheduled for one fall and is an Evolution Division contest. Introducing first, already in the ring. He hails from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Weighting in at two hundred twenty five pounds. He is the self proclaimed New Franchise and Canadian Legend, Kyle Travis His opponent. Making his way to the ring, accompanied by Erica Rose. From Orlando, Florida and weighting in at two hundred pounds. Ambit!”
Ambit slide into the ring and was quickly attacked by Travis. Travis stomped down on Ambit's back, keeping him from rising to his feet. Referee Chris Solace got inbetween the two and orderd Travis back to his corner. He did so reluctantly, allowing Solace to help Ambit to his feet. Ambit quickly removed his jacket and charged away from Solace, headed towards Travis. Travis met him head on and the two began slugging it out. Ambit ducked one blow and wrapped his arms around Travis's waistline. He lifted him up and over for a german suplex.
Ambit now got to his feet and started returning the favor, by stomping on Travis's chest. Travis leaves the ring and tries to get a breather to collect himself outside. Ambit rolls out after him and knocks Travis into the ring steps. Ambit continues to punish Travis with kicks and punches. Ambit rolled back into the ring just long enough to break Solace's ten count, which had reached six. Ambit slide back out of the ring and was met with a kick to his left knee. Ambit fell to ground and clutched the knee. Travis staggered over and grabbed the affected leg. He climbed up on to the ring apron, while dangling Ambit upside down. He was about to jump off, when Solace grabbed him .
Sledgehammer: “Well finally, someone has some sense to stop Travis from doing ungodly harm to his opponents.”
Travis acted like he was gonna back hand the referee. The distraction allowed Ambit to get to his feet. When Travis turned around, he walked into Ambit's outstretched arms. Ambit used KT's momentum to slam him off the ring apron to the floor below. Ambit rolled back into the ring then, to allow a fair count to take place.
Lucious Sadler: “That body slam off the ring apron appears to have stopped Kyle Travis cold. He is moving, but is seriously favoring his back. A move like that can end one's career.”
Sledgehammer: “Don't get my hopes up. He landed pretty badly on his back and while those protective mats are there, they do little good. Falling on them normally is not so dangerous. From that altitude and momentum, it's like doing a belly flop into a lake of water from thirty feet above. “
Solace's count reaches seven and Travis starts to get to his feet. His legs are shaky and staggers to the ring. The count is at nine, when he tries to bring himself in. His back gives out on him at that last second and he just can't roll himself in before the ten count is made. The bell is sounded and Solace makes the official determination by holding up Ambit's right arm.”
Beth Newsport: “Here is your winner via count out..Ambit!”
Match Outcome: Ambit defeated Kyle Travis via count out at the 3:13 mark.
Lucious Sadler: “Well things I am sure did not go the way Travis expected them too. That body slam on to the floor was just enough to put Travis out of the match. I will give him some credit for trying to make it back to the ring.”
Sledgehammer: “I would not be surprised if he is faking it. He probably made the decision after getting his ass creamed early on. There is no honor in losing if you can save face while doing so. Thing is, Travis will never have honor. He could save a bus filled with children and still, I would find him to be scum.”
Ambit and Erica have left the ring, Solace is helping Travis to his feet, when a figure jumps the guardrail and pushes Solace out of the ring.
Lucious Sadler: “That is Risk!”
Travis turns around and Risk rushes forward, drops his shoulder and spears Travis against the ring itself. Risk looks around and sees The Watchmen appearing. He heads out the way he came, disappearing into the crowd.
Sledgehammer: “Remember what I said about karma. Well, there it is right there.”
Lucious Sadler: “Devastating spear against the ring, Travis has to be a world of pain.”
Sledgehammer: “Good, I hope he has back spasms for a week. Maybe even a slipped disc.”
Lucious Sadler: “You do not like him much do you?”
Sledgehammer: “No, I never will. I'd rather have my eyes poked out by a hot poker then like Kyle Travis.”
************

See is a door with a name plate placed on it. It read, “The Owner”. The door soon opened and out walked Ric E Lectric and The Owner himself. They shook hands with both men pleased by whatever discussion they had just completed.
The Owner: “You are a good businessman, Mr Lectric. I think we can do business. Call my offices on Monday and this can be finalized at that time.”
Ric E Lectric: “Good to hear that, you won't be sorry one bit.”
The Owner: “I imagine I won't be one bit.”
Ric left the scene, extremely happy. Bret Lee walked into the scene and got right down to business himself.
Bret Lee: “So what was that all about, sir?”
The Owner: “Mr Lectric and I just conducted a business deal that will benefit both myself, himself and all wrestling fans in general. The details will be ironed out next week and I am confident an announcement will be made in two weeks. Anything else?”
Bret Lee: “Well we just saw some interesting events take place. You seem to have an agenda with Risk?”
The Owner: “I take it he appeared?”
Bret Lee: “Yes and so did your Watchmen.”
The Owner: “Well then I have no agenda. If they appeared, I am confident we have seen the last of Risk.”
Bret Lee: “Well not quite. Kyle Travis interjected himself, took Risk down and applied his pridebraker. We thought that was the last we'd see of Risk tonight. But he just got a measure of revenge after Travis's match ended.”
The Owner: “Well If what you say is true, and I have no reason to think it is otherwise, looks my agenda is still ongoing. As I stated in my message, he is no longer welcome here. Unfortunately, he is contracted to appear at every wrestling event I put on. The only way around that, is if he can't physically appear. If he is injured severe enough, I can legally back out of the contract. While I have full confidence in The Watchmen, I am not a patient person. The longer Risk is allowed to be here, the chances are good the company is jeopardy.”
Bret Lee: “So what do you intend to do?”
The Owner: “Kyle Travis has been barking up a my tree for many months now. He's constantly saying how he's been held back. I beg to differ, I give anyone an opportunity to make a name for themselves. I will prove this, but giving Travis an opportunity. In two weeks, I am gonna schedule a match between Travis and Risk. The Watchmen I am sure will be keeping close tabs on it. One way or another, in two weeks, Risk will no longer be an active member of this company. Now I am sure you have more to ask, make an appointment. I have a show to run and I can't do that effectively, talking to you.”
With that, The Owner walked off to run the show.
************
Lucious Sadler: “Wow, what a big match we have to look forward to in just two weeks.”
Sledgehammer: “All things being what they are, this just might end up biting The Owner in the ass. Kyle Travis does not have what it takes to beat Risk. Never has had that ability and unless he cheats, will never do so. This threat of The Watchmen, I have news for him. He is giving them a lot of reign to do what is need to keep the peace. What's the old saying..absolute power corrupts absolutely.”
Lucious Sadler: “We shall see. Well fans, this next match has been much anticipated. It has all the making of a pay per view main event. You are getting it for free, so to speak, right here on Unleashed.”
DING... DING... DING!

Beth Newsport: “The next contest on Unleashed is set for one fall and a thirty minute time limit. Introducing first, he hails from Rome, Indiana. Weighting in at three hundred ninety-five pounds. The Beast of Brutality... Final Gladiator!”
The arena goes black and the screen goes blood red. A hush comes over the crowd as a low rumble like a storm rolling in can be heard, then the sound of howling wolves echoes throughout the arena as a soft nightly blue glow lights the rolling fog that has collected on the stage. As movement can be seen on the stage area, the stage is illuminated with a flash of lightning and Brutal Planet by Alice Cooper kick in. Standing on the stage is Final Gladiator in long black tights with Beast running down the right leg and Brutality running down the left leg in blood red lettering, with the tattoo of a serpent being slaughtered by a tiger on his right bicep, his long red hair pulled back in a ponytail. As he lifts his hands into the air the spotlight glistens off the heavyweight title. He walks down to the ring with his eyes on his opponent the entire time, disregarding the jeers from the majority of the fans and the outstretched hands of the few fans that still support him.
Lucious Sadler: “Final Gladiator enters the ring with quite a career thus far for himself. Multi time World Champion. Like a Rob Taylor or Kyle Travis, has won titles in every company he has been employed by. While he is heading into the twilight of his career, he shows no signs of slowing down.”
Sledgehammer: “He is one of the toughest men I have ever faced in the ring. You are right, he is still at the top of his game and easily in my view, a good pick to become PWR World Champion down the line.”
As he steps into the ring over the top rope we see across his back the image of an archangel with outspread wings holding a claymore pointed blade down and above the head of the archangel, between his outspread wings, is a flaming sun.
Beth Newsport: “His opponent. He hails from Nashville, Tennessee and weighting in at two hundred eighty pounds. He is both the recognized FUW and LAW World Heavyweight Champion. The Innovator of Red Rum. DaWildChild!”
Gangsta style rap music played, as DWC made his entrance to the arena. The FUW title belt was around his neck and the LAW title around his left shoulder. In his right hand was a singapore cane, which he raised into the air.
Lucious Sadler: “It used to be said, DaWildChild was on the brink of making it big in this sport. After winning the ressurrected FUW World Championship, he defeated the entire LAW roster to become LAW World Champion. Now, he walks into PW:R with sights set on becoming a Triple Crown Champion.”
Sledgehammer: “I respect what the man has accomplished, but he did turn his back on the cause. He escaped retribution, but he now has a huge bullseye on his chest. Everyone wants to represent LAW now that it has evolved. Final Gladiator is just the first in what will be a long line of people.”
DWC left both title belts in his corner and put the cane down next to them. Both men received final instructions and were checked for illegal objects on their person.
Match #4:
DaWildChild Vs Final Gladiator
Referee: Daria Jenkins
Final Gladiator walked out his corner calm, cool and collected. DaWildChild did the same, only he charged full speed towards the Beast of Brutality. Gladiator dodged DWC's attack and forced DWC towards the corner. Gladiator lumbered in after him and missed an aimed clothesline that would have taken DWC down to his knees. DWC started staggering Gladiator with four consecutive right crosses. Gladiator lifted his left leg and struck DWC in the chest. He raised his large left arm and brought it down across DWC's back, finally forcing him to his knees. Gladiator raised both arms, clasped both hands together and started bring them down in one mighty blow
DWC shot up and landed two straight punches to Gladiator's mid section. DWC uncorked a series of chops, only to have Gladiator's meat hook like hands stun him off balance. Gladiator grabbed DWC's left hand and whipped him to the corner. Gladiator charged forward and squashed DWC between himself and the turnbuckle pads. Backing up, Gladiator watched DWC dropped slowly to the mat, holding his chest and looking as if he was in a great deal of pain.
Gladiator reached down and pulled DWC back up to a vertical base. Grabbing the arms once more, he forced DWC out of the corner and propelled him onward to the opposite corner. He made a thud when he smashed against those turnbuckles. He clenched his fists, as the pain from it rattled his kidneys. He looked up and saw something charging towards him once more. Gladiator connected with another body splash, causing everyone watching to close their eyes expect for those with the love of blood, pain and car wreck aftermaths.
Lucious Sadler: “Gladiator has now connected with two running splashes in the corner. The human body is not designed to withstand such force and weight crashing on it. DaWildChild may yet find himself laying next to Red Hot Rob Taylor this evening.”
Gladiator lifted DaWildChild off his feet and pressed him high into the air. He then dropped him back down, while proceeding to fall back. The rest was another blow to the weakened back, kidneys and ribs of the double world champion.
Sledgehammer: “The onslaught is too much, for anyone. DaWildChild is more than in trouble. His chances of surviving this bout is on life support.”
Gladiator pushed all his weight down ontop of him, as he hooked DWC's left leg. What seemed like an obvious result took a surprising turn, when DWC lifed both shoulders off the mat to ruin Gladiator's chances of a victory at that moment.
Gladiator was not amused by it and quickly motioned he was about to end it with a cestus. He grabbed DWC's head, palming it like one would a basketball. He pulled DWC to his feet and aimed a heart punch top his chest. DWC wrapped both his hands around Gladiator's clawed hand and managed to twist himself out range for the heart punch. Gladiator, though, planted his left knee against DWC's kidneys and forced DWC back to his knees. Gladiator repositioned his hand and started to execute the equilvent of a human vice. Crushing DWC's head as if he was trying to pop a zit.
Anyone questioning DaWildChild's desire to compete at a very high level, needed to reexamine those beliefs. Despite the most obvious pain, DWC showed courage and resilence by getting up to his feet. Gladiator still held him in the human vice. DWC reached up around and managed to secure a grip around Gladiator's neck, dropped himself to the ground and jarred himself loose while connecting with a stunner of sorts. Gladiator staggered back to the ropes and favored his neck a bit. DWC got to his feet, trying to suck wind like one would down a good beer.
Lucious Sadler: “DWC has given himself a moment to breath and just maybe can turn the tide in his favor.”
DWC turned and with everything he could muster, drove Gladiator out of the ring with clothesline. He immediately got to his feet and took a deep breath, winced and dropped back down clutching his ribs.
Sledgehammer: “The body splashes have probably cracked rib or two. He is finding it hard to breath without feeling the intense pain caused by the rib. He just might wanna end the match now. All Gladiator would need to do is connect with a move and the rib could puncture a lung.”
Gladiator slowly got to his feet, as a ten count was in process. Ref Jenkins's back was turned through this process and was unaware of what happened next.
Lucious Sadler: “He is getting to his feet though, what bravery we are seeing from DaWildChild here. What the hell?”
Down the aisle came the number one contender for the FUW World Championship.
Sledgehammer: “The Crimson Beauty has entered the ring...”
He or she nails DWC with a quick neckbreaker and rolled out the ring before the rule infraction could be seen.
Lucious Sadler: “I don't think Gladiator noticed or more importantly Referee Daria Jenkins. Gladiator enters the ring and now both notice DaWildChild on the mat. For all they know, DWC just passed out. Gladiator walks over and picks DWC up like a limp rag doll. He's going for the CESTUS..CONNECTS...I think this one is mercifully over. One..two...Thre..NO! How in the hell did DaWildChild just kick out of the Cesuts?”
Sledgehammer: “It had to be pure instinctive in nature. The neckbreaker variation and the CESTUS, a killer one two punch. Yet, he survives. For how long? Maybe not long at all.”
Gladiator looked like he was wondering what would put away DaWildChild. He tried for the pinfall again, but the same result happened. He cursed under his breath and got to his feet, bringing DWC with him. Turning DWC around, he wrapped his left arm around his back and raised DWC up in the air.
Sledgehammer: “The Augustus Agony. We have not seen him use that hold in many matches.”
Lucious Sadler: “Well nothing else seems to be putting him away, this might just do it.”
DWC started kicking backwards and managed to get a few shots in that released him. Landing on the mat, though, stunned him from further making a comeback. Gladiator reached down and grabbed DWC up by his attire. He scooped him up and started to slam him, when DWC held on the neck and forced Gladiator to roll through. DWC held on tightly as Jenkins slapped the mat three times. DWC has just pulled off a miracle victory.
Match Outcome: DaWildChild defeats Final Gladiator via pinfall at the 11:20 mark.
DWC rolled out of the ring, as Jenkins followed to raise his arm in victory. Gladiator watched, incensed he was just caught off guard and it cost him. DWC was about to walk to get his stuff, when The Crimson Beauty reappeared and struck DWC in the face with the FUW World Championship.
Lucious Sadler: “The Crimson Beauty has just sent a message to the champion..”
At that moment, The Crimson Beauty stood over DaWildChild. Raising the FUW World Championship above them both. He or she then tugged at the mask that held their identity a secret. The mask eventually gave way and revealed to the world, the truth.
Sledgehammer: “Geoff Matthews! It's been Geoff Matthews all this time!”
Lucious Sadler: “The attack on Erica Rose, the attacks on DaWildChild tonight included. Taking out Ambit, securing a title shot a few weeks ago. All of this now seems to fit. There is a history we know very little about between DaWildChild and Geoff Matthews. Now, Geoff Matthews has made it clear. She wants to become FUW World Champion. Amazing.”
Geoff draped the FUW World Championship across DWC's chest and left the scene in quite a hurry. Meanwhile, Gladiator watched everything unfold and with great interest. He commondeared a microphone and leaned over the ropes to address the situation.
Final Gladiator: “Making friends as always, are we not, champ? It seems you have a battle going on two fronts, but I only care about the one involving me. You won tonight, caught me off guard. That will not happen again. The next time we meet up in this ring, the result will be different and more in my favor. “
“And there will be a next time sooner than you think, Gladiator!”
Out from the back, came The Owner.
The Owner: “The next time you do meet, may or may not be in your favor. All is not lost for you tonight however. DaWildChild may have won the match, but I do not think he is any shape to compete in the tag team match scheduled to take place mere minutes from now. Certainly, he would not be able to compete in one where he is the sole member of his team. As a result of Cro and Diablo both going to a time limit draw, and DaWildChild not being able to compete now, I am placing you in the match to face Johnny Rampage and Missy. Where the winners will secure a qualifying bout that will eventually seed a future system of crowning inaugral PWR World Tag Team Champions. “
Final Gladiator: “I'd be more than happy to oblige, as I always enjoy a good Rampage ass kicking. I think though I will spread the wealth. If I am not mistaken, I am allowed to name a subsitute.”
The Owner: “If that is your wish, then name them and remove yourself from ringside. I would hate for you to become a victim of The Watchmen.”
Final Gladiator: “Like I am concerned with some group. But I will obey, for the moment. My replacements, Plago Khan and Manult'a ..Revelations!”
A blood red hue comes over the arena as Alice Cooper’s “Somewhere in the Jungle” begins to play. As the lyrics begin, smoke begins to roll in on the stage and midnight blue spotlight focuses on three individuals rising out of the smoke to appear at the top of the ramp. Standing in the middle dressed Black t-shirt and blue jeans with knee length mocassins is Final Gladiator. To his left standing at 6’ 1” 190 lbs., the Asian high-flying/martial artist Plago Khan. He is dressed in a white gi with Asian body art and a shaved head. He is very calm and focused as he stares down his opponents in the ring. To Gladiator’s right, standing at 6’3” 243 lbs. the Samoan terror, Manuti’a, dressed in brown tights with his bone necklace rattling as he shifts from foot to foot. His bushy long afro sways as he trembles in anticipation of being able to punish his next victim.
The three walk down to the ring on “The rivers will flow with blood”. Plago circles to the left and Manuti’a circles to right around the ring as “Listen somewhere in the jungle you can hear the devil laughing”. The two men take up opposing sides of the ring and just stare at their opponents. Gladiator still standing at the foot of the ramp way, with a nod of his head, they spring to the apron and slide through the ropes. Prepared to attack upon Gladiator’s orders.
Lucious Sadler: “Well things have certainly gotten real interesting here. Circumstances beyond The Owner's control have forced some quick thinking. Though I believe he was out thought by Gladiator here.”
Sledgehammer: “Just goes to show, The Owner can be had if need be. We now get to see the two time former LAW World Tag Team Champions go at it here. They are a good team, but can years of being trained in the worst of conditions beat out against a union binded in love?”
Lucious Sadler: “We are about witness an historic first. A husband and wife tag team, Johnny Rampage and Missy have made it known they want to become the first such duo to win tag team gold.”
Sledgehammer: “Well actually, as I had to remind Johnny, another team did beat them to it. Just Sick, Eric NeCross and Erica Rose did in fact hold that honor. However, I have always felt that title reign belonged more to Eric and Final Gladiator. Erica only subbed for Gladiator.”
Lucious Sadler: “Well we can leave it to the so called experts to debate. In the meantime, we have one more team to make their entrance.”
(The lights dim in the arena, a deep digitally synthesized voice is heard echoing through the arena.)
"ARE YOU PREPARED FOR THE ONLY TRUE ALL STAR IN THE PWRTODAY?"
*BOOM* Brilliant Pyro erupts from either side of the entrance ramp, as the smoke and pyro clears, Johnny Rampage is seen standing tall, with the LAW World around his waist. He looks out across the crowd and seem to soak up the reaction from the fans. As he makes his way down to the ring, he flashes the camera his award winning smile. He rolls into the ring and strike up a pose in the ring as pyro goes off in succession behind him. At the moment he is assaulted by a barrage of flashbulbs which reflect of his signature sunglasses.
He is followed by Missy, who revs up her trademark chain saw that will doubt be confiscated before the start of the match.
Beth Newsport: “Ladies and gentlemen. It is now time for the main event of tonight. A tag team attraction match schedule for one fall and no time limit. The winner of this match will qualify for a seeding system to crown inaugral PWR World Tag Team Champions. In the ring, from the island of Samoa and country of Asia. At a combined weight of four hundred forty-three pounds. Plago Khan, Manult'a..Revelations!”
There was a loud echoing sound of every fan in attendence showing their dislike for the team.
Beth Newsport: “Their opponents hail from Hollywood, California. At a combined weight of three hundred forty-five pounds. Missy and Johnny “The All-Star” Rampage!”
The fans were more happy with that announcement, chanting “Rampage” and catcalls for Missy.

Johnny “The All-Star” Rampage & Missy Vs Revelations w/Frank
Referee: Dennis Marr
Lucious Sadler: “Well fans we promised a great main event and I see no reason why this won't be. Before it begins, we have just a couple of things to pass along to you. In two weeks, Unleashed returns to the airwaves and it looks to be quite an eventful follow up to the show we have witnessed thus far tonight.”
Sledgehammer: “Yes, I am looking forward to this.”
Lucious Sadler: “The Owner has already announced that Red Hot Rob Taylor, pending medical clearance, will take on Ric E Lectric. He also announced to our colleague, Bret Lee, Risk would be taking on Kyle Travis. We have just learned about one more bout. FUW World Champion DaWildChild will take on Geoff Matthews for the title. Now this is obviously not a PW:R sanctioned match, but is being done with the approval of The Owner.”
Sledgehammer: “There is something going on there we are not being told about. I know FUW is in talks with LAW to become a founding member, but I don't know something ain't right.”
Lucious Sadler: “Two more bouts are in the works and should be announced in the coming days. So stay tuned to LEN and the online home of PWR for all the news regarding that and much more. Alright, the bell has been rung and this match is officially underway. It will be Missy and Manu to start things off.”
The two circled one another, sizing the other up and waiting for the other to make the first move. Missy, the most impatient of the two, made that move. Manu made her reconsider afterwards, with a straight kick to the gut. Manu followed with thrust chop to the throat that sent Missy to the ropes. Manu unleashed a knife edged chop that could have sliced through sheet metal. Whipping her across the ring, Manu positioned himself for his next attack. He aimed a spinning heel kick at her, but she ducked below it. Bouncing off the ropes, she went airborne and connected with flying forearm shiver that put Manu on the mat.
Missy covered, but Manu kicked out before even the thought of getting down on all fours to make the count occurred to Referee Marr. Missy stradled Manu's chest and peppered him right right hands. He pushed her off him and got to his feet. Missy was tenacious and hit a left uppercut that annoyed Manu. Manu let out a battle cry and tackled Missy to the ground. He swung without true aim, but connected with full intent. Manu got to his feet and Missy followed suit. Manu leaned down and proppeled himself at her. She had no where to go, but one direction if she wanted to avoid the attack. Leaping straight up, she managed to avoid the move. Manu turned around and she fell onto her back, lifting both of her legs up and planting them squarely against his chest as he leaned down to strike her. Manu staggered back and she quickly got back up. Manu charged forward and straight into an arm drag that she held on to secure an armbar.
Manu got to his feet and reversed the hold, only to have Missy revese it again and even strike him the back of his left leg. Missy bent the arm straight behind Manu's head, looped her free arm through it and had a variation on a cobra clutch. Plago tried to sneak in, but Marr caught him in the act. This allowed Rampage to come in with Marr's back turned and double team Manu with kicks to the chest. He got about five kicks in before Marr started to turn back around. Rampage made a quick return to his corner and Marr was none the wiser.
Sledgehammer: “Effective double teaming from Rampage and Missy. May not be in the rules, but any good teamwork such as that is a sign of a good team.”
Lucious Sadler: “Using the opportunity once is given is also a good sign. Plago got caught and it came back to hurt his teammate.”
Missy struggled, but managed to drag Manu slowly to her corner and Rampage tagged himself in. Missy released Manu, as Rampage connected with a front dropkick. Rampage went for very sloppy and unmotivated cover, gaining a near two count. Rampage lifted Manu up to his feet and put him the corner. Using the ropes for leverage, he stomped Manu's mid section until Manu could not stand. Not one to shy away from a near rule infraction, Rampage positioned his right foot against Manu's throat. He broke before the five count could be made.
Rampage connected with a forearm shiver and then hooked Manu's left arm, tossing him out of the corner. Rampage charged at a steady pace towards the ropes and came back towards Manu, at the last moment he leaped into the air. Rotating his body forward, be soon slammed down back first across Manu's torso. Reaching to his left, he hooked Manu's right leg. Ref Marr dropped to all fours, brought his hand up once and downward for a one a count. He repeated the motion, but soon after Manu was able to break the pin with his shoulder coming off the mat.
Rampage exited the ring and pulled back on the ropes. When he allowed his arms to go forward, the momentum brought him up and over. He was about to land on Manu, when Manu rolled towards the ropes. Rampage landed back first on the canvas, as Manu was not there to break the fall. Manu used the ropes to help him get up. He staggered over to his corner and made contact with Plago's outstretched hand. Manu exited the ring, as Plago became the legal member of the team involved in the matc.
Rampage was getting to his feet, unaware for sure the tag had been made, but probably suspected so. He reached to tag Missy, but was met with a stiff forearm from behind staggering him forward and straight into Missy. She went flying off the ring and landed on the floor. Her head whipped back and slammed against the security wall. She went limp and her eyes closed.
Lucious Sadler: “That looked positively nasty, she is gonna have one hell of a headache later.”
Sledgehammer: “Who knows when later will be. I sure she was knocked out upon making contact. This does not bold well for Rampage. Who without a fresh partner to rely on, must somehow manage to hold Revelations off.”
Plago began raking his fingernails across Rampage's back, leaving a trail of red where the nails dug in. Rampage tried to escape the assault, but Plago kept following. Soon Rampage's back looked like a freshly carved out piece of art. Only Rampage was an unwilling canvas and Plago wasn't a very good artist.
The sight was pleasant and satisfying for Plago to see, he continued it until Rampage finally dropped to his knees. Plago walked in front of him and Rampage fired off a right to the mid section. Plago absorbed the blow and sent a thrust chop down between the neck and the shoulder blade. Rampage immediately winced and clutched his arm. What ever Plago had just done, it was not pleasing for Rampage to feel.
Plago now toyed with Rampage. Insulting him by shoving him to the ground with the mere bottom of his right boot. He continued to push, barely putting any effort into doing much of any damage to Rampage. Plago's fun was interrupted by Frank, who tapped his cane against the ring post. Plago looked annoyed, but did as instructed. Lifting Rampage to his feet, he wrapped both his arms around Rampage and then raised him in the air while falling backwards. Rampage took the brunt of the blow on the shoulder and seemed to be in a great deal of pain.
Sledgehammer: “I am going to go out on a limb here and suggest Plago weakened the shoulder with the thrust chop and now injured it with the german suplex.”
Lucious Sadler: “Rampage is favoring that shoulder a lot. Might have dislocated it or suffered some nerve damage.”
Plago put his right hand on Rampage's shoulder, while hooking Rampage's arm with with his left arm. He pushed down with his right hand and up with his left arm. The contradicting directions, forced Rampage to clench both of his fists, close his eyes and bit down ever so slightly on his lip. Plago wrenched the arm backwards, twisting as he went. Rampage dropped to one knee and cursed Plago out under his breath.
Manu called for and was tagged in at that moment. He went to the top rope and came down with a chop across the shoulder. Rampage's arm dangled uselessly despite effort on Rampage's part to get feeling to it. Manu grabbed the arm, tugged Rampage forward and nailed a short arm clothesline. With Rampage on the mat, Manu stomped on the arm and shoulder, adding more pain and discomfort for Rampage to deal with.
Manu “helped” Rampage to his feet and unleashed a vicious knife edged chop Unexpectedly, Rampage unleashed one of his own. They started to trade chops, until Manu merely slapped the shoulder and Rampage held it close to him like a bird would an injured wing.
Sledgehammer: “There is an old saying about the one legged man in ass kicking contest. Rampage is fighting with just one arm against a vicious, no remorse type of competitor in Manult'a This is not only NOT what Rampage needed or wanted, but a sure sign that Revelations is at the top of their game. Revelations at the top their game will spell trouble for every tag team that signs with the company.”
Manu whipped Rampage to the corner, ran in and received two boots to the face. Rampage managed to get on the second rope and came off with an elbow. Rampage started firing off right hands, until he finally dropped Manu with a dropkick. Unfortunately, he tried to break the fall and ended up hurting the shoulder. Still he should that the fight was in him and he started to drag himself over to his corner. Manu got to his feet, shook off the blows and went after Rampage. He grabbed both his legs, but Rampage pushed him off. Manu tried to again grab him, but it was too late. Rampage rolled out of the ring, as Missy introducted herself to Manu.
No one has ever accused Missy of thinking more than a minute a head. Most of the time, she just responds to what is facing her in a spur of the moment way. Manu found this out first hand, as Missy just started swinging at Manu. There was no focus in this swings. If she hit him, she hit him. If she missed, she simply tried to hit him again. Manu wasn't sure what to do really and just stood there allowing each blow to be asborbed. Then she stopped formed a v with her fingers and proceeded to poke Manu in the eye. She waited..and waited and got the expected reprimand soon after..
Missy planted Manu with a DDT and went for the pin, but Manu slid his right leg under the ropes. Miss dragged him out and for added measure, landed a leg drop across groin. Missy hooked the leg, but could still not get the pinfall. This time Khan entered the ring and dragged Missy off.
Rampage reentered the ring, one arm and all. Rampage spun himself around, as Missy ducked. Rampage connected with a heel kick that sent Plago out of the ring. Rampage then hit a pescado on Plago, effectively taking him out of the match for the time being. Unfortunately, taking himself out as well.
Missy turned around and walked right into a stiff kick to the mid section that forced Missy to the ropes. She stagged forward and Manu rolled forward, sprung to his feet and slammed his left arm against Missy's throat. Missy crumbled to the mat, and Manu covered her.
Lucious Sadler: “One..two..three! Revelations has taken this match, but it was a close one fans.”
Sledgehammer: “The turning point had to be Rampage. Revelations took away the use of his left arm and in the end, a move to keep Plago out of the match took himself out. Missy was left to deal with Manu on her own and Manu simply over matched her.
Lucious Sadler: “Well wrestling fans, tonight you have witnessed the beginning of a revolution. We shall see you again on July 10th. Till then, for Sledgehammer, I am Lucious Sadler. Good night, from The Apocalypse!”
Match Outcome: Revelations defeats Rampage/Missy via Manu pinning Missy at the 16:06 mark.
